Ed Weinstock
Ed Weinstock is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney. Every year from 2018 to the present, Mr. Weinstock has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the area of criminal defense by New Jersey Monthly Magazine, a distinction bestowed on less than five percent of the attorneys in New Jersey, and also was named a New Jersey Super Lawyer – Rising Star in the area of criminal defense for five consecutive years from 2012 through 2016.* For more than 19 years, Mr. Weinstock has successfully represented the criminally accused in New Jersey, New York, and federal courts, securing acquittals or dismissals for clients charged with offenses such as murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, aggravated sexual assault, carjacking, robbery, gun offenses, drug distribution and possession, casino crimes, underage gambling, and driving while intoxicated (DUI/ DWI). Kristen Levin
Kirsten Levin has vast experience in representing clients charged with criminal offenses and municipal court offenses, as well as aggressively representing clients in a multitude of areas in civil litigation. Based upon her unique combination of experience in criminal, quasi-criminal, and civil litigation, Ms. Levin is uniquely qualified to represent her clients, especially those charged with white collar offenses and those accused of criminal activity arising out of business or commercial transactions. For more than 24 years, Ms. Levin has secured outstanding results for such clients, which include amongst other things, non-prosecution agreements and dismissals.
